What do I do if my glucometer (diabetes meter) reads "HI"?

I would not recommend it, and I'm sure the doctor does not want, but alcohol (mainly wine and beer in carbohydrates) is lower as well (this is a moment of desperation and desperate measures are required) if you did any of the above and he is going down in all of 1-2 hours to get a doctor (and do not say he had alcohol lol). thank you for telling me wash your hands recheck again,i become confuse my meter read me HI, after i wash my hand i recheck my blood sugar,then meter read me in number 445, it was i pilling orange for my baby with my hands coast my meter get Confucius.
